Senior Care Therapist (LSW/LPC)

Are you a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about helping older adults navigate life's challenges with dignity and support?

We are seeking a therapist who is committed to enhancing the emotional well-being and quality of life of seniors in long-term care and community settings.
What You'll Do
- Provide assessments and behavioral health evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver counseling and therapeutic interventions.
- Support residents through life transitions, grief, loss, adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with facility staff, healthcare providers, families, and community partners.
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.
What We're Looking For
✅ Ohio LSW or LPC license required
✅ Experience working with seniors or vulnerable populations preferred
✅ Strong relationship-building and communication skills
✅ Commitment to ethical, person-centered care
✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
