Job DetailsJob Location: Main Office - Cleveland, OH 44114Empower individuals, build stability, and foster hope. As a Case Manager at FrontLine Service, you’ll be at the heart of community-based mental health support.
Your Role:
Be an advocate and partner for individuals facing behavioral health challenges.
Connect clients to housing, healthcare, and substance use support.
Provide outreach and transportation to ensure no one is left behind.

QualificationsApply if You Have:
A Bachelor’s degree
Experience with or passionate about supporting vulnerable populations
A valid Ohio driver’s license.
