Job Description: As a Cart Attendant at Jersey Meadow Golf Course, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Retrieving golf carts from the staging area and ensuring they are cleaned, stocked, and in proper working condition
• Assisting golfers with loading and unloading their bags onto the carts
• Directing the flow of cart traffic and ensuring adherence to course policies
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the cart staging area and driving range
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting golfers, answering questions, and assisting with their needs
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks around the facility as needed
• Upholding safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and familiarity with golf cart operations is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to lift and carry golf bags and perform light maintenance tasks
