HomeSmiles Virginia Beach is seeking experienced independent contractors for deck, porch, fence, and exterior carpentry projects. We are looking for reliable professionals with strong framing and finish carpentry skills who take pride in quality work, communication, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
 

•  Build and repair decks, porches, fences, and other exterior structures 
•  Perform framing, structural carpentry, trim, finish carpentry, and final detailing 
•  Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites 
•  Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers 
•  Complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards 
•  Prioritize customer satisfaction throughout each project 

Requirements
 

•  4+ years of carpentry, deck building, fencing, or general contracting experience 
•  Appropriate contractor’s license or trade license 
•  Active General Liability Insurance 
•  Active Workers’ Compensation Insurance 
•  Reliable transportation and tools 
•  Ability to work independently and manage projects professionally
