Before You Apply! Do You Qualify?

• You have at least 1 year Caregiver Experience or current CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP? 
• You have a valid CPR Certification, Work Physical, & Negative TB Test in the Past Year?
• You have a valid Vehicle with Insurance, & can Reliably Commute to this Job's Location?
• You have Experience with Dementia Care, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Fall Prevention, Incontinence, Hospice? Big Plus!

Caregiver Responsibilities!

• Companionship, Conversation, & Activities
• Fall Prevention
• Mobility, Stand-by Assist, Repositioning, Transfers
• Meal Preparation / Medication Reminders
• Support with Personal Hygiene (toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Light Housekeeping
• Occasional Transportation - errands or appointments
