Job Details: Job Location: CARE HOMECARE - WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA, Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00Hourly, CARE Homecare has clients throughout the San Fernando Valley, including Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Northridge, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Provide companionship and support independence
Assist with mobility and transfers
Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
Provide medication reminders
Communicate with families and the CARE Homecare team
Document care and important changes

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Minimum 1 year of caregiving or direct care experience
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Valid driver’s license
Must have a working smartphone and be able to use required mobile apps
Current negative TB test
First Aid certification
Ability to pass a Live Scan/background check
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Dementia experience preferred
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
