What You’ll Do 

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility 
• Monitor and observe client conditions, reporting any changes promptly 
• Medication reminders 
• Provide memory care support for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia 
• Document care accurately using EMR/EHR systems 
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs 
• Perform light housekeeping such as cleaning and laundry 
• Safely operate equipment like Hoyer lifts 
• Maintain HIPAA compliance 
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals 
• Offer companionship and emotional support

Candidates must be available to work the following schedule without exceptions:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Multiple caregivers may be assigned to share coverage of the client's care hours.)

Qualifications 

• State ID or Driver's License
• Birth Certificate
• 2 years Proof of PA Residency
• Ability to pass a background check
