Job Description
Happier at Home is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in the Naperville, Hinsdale, Schaumburg, Plainfield, Orland Park, and all points in between, with services that range from brief one-hour sessions to around-the-clock continuous care. Our commitment is to tailor schedules to meet the exact needs of our clients and their families, ensuring comprehensive support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support tailored to each client’s individual needs.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress.
- Kind, understanding, and caring when working with clients and families.
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate with clients and team.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes in the area.
- Please ensure punctual attendance at all times.
