Caregiver On Call

We’re seeking a dependable On-Call Caregiver to provide personal assistance and support to residents at Pitzer Lodge, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in a warm, home-like environment.

What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, mobility, and meal support.

Respond promptly to call lights and other resident needs.

Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition.

Build meaningful relationships to promote a supportive, homelike atmosphere.

Support team initiatives, safety practices, and quality care standards.

Assist in dining, activities, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Position Details

Qualifications: What You Bring

Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred and current First Aid certification.

One year of caregiving experience in a community care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Compassionate, resident-centered approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
