Always There In-Home Care has proudly provided quality in-home care services for more than 25 years. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and responsible Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Your Role

As a Caregiver or CNA, you will provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care based on each client's individual needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Bathing, grooming, and dressing
Toileting and incontinence care
Mobility and transfers
Meal preparation and assistance with meals
Medication reminders, as permitted by applicable regulations and the client's care plan
Light housekeeping related to the client's care
Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
Providing transportation or running errands for clients when needed or requested.
Following the client's individualized care plan
Observing and communicating changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
Promoting the client's dignity, independence, safety, and well-being

We are looking for individuals who are:

Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others
Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
Responsible and comfortable working independently in a client's home
Respectful of each client's dignity, privacy, and individual needs
Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and members of the care team
Comfortable providing personal care
Willing to follow care plans, company policies, and client-specific instructions
Able to meet all applicable employment and client-care requirements
Caregiving experience preferred
CNA certification required for CNA positions
