If you do not have your Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant license, we will provide you with the training to become a licensed HCA free of charge!  

Position Overview:

•  Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship
•  Provide hands-on personal care with respect and compassion 
•  Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises 
•  Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment 
•  Prepare nourishing meals and encourage hydration 
•  Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition 
•  Assist with errands, appointments, and staying engaged in the community

• Experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors—but we will train the right heart 
• Ability to lift up to 50-lbs and follow safety protocols 
• Strong communication skills and respect for client dignity
