Saturday and Sunday 8AM - 8 PM
Everlasting Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to adults in a licensed group home setting. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment where both residents and staff can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and supervision to residents in accordance with individual service plans
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and community engagement
- Document care, behavior notes, and incident reports accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Follow all state regulations, company policies, and licensing requirements
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and management
Requirements
- Arizona Certified Caregiver License (Required)
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Must show proof of freedom from TB before client contact
- Provide and maintain current Food Handlers Certification
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (preferred for transport duties)
- Clear the Department of Economic Security, Department of Aging and Adult Services Central Registry Background Check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and compassion for individuals with special needs

All of the executive team and staff are hired and trained under the company, not outsourced by a third-party management company. The owners are hands-on leaders who believe in volunteering and giving back to the local community.
Everlasting Services provides 24/7 care and assistance to their residents and offers daily activities in their Enrichment Program that has been the centerpiece of its social and community program.
Its caregiving team is headed by their Director of Nursing who oversees the safety and care of all their residents. General and specialized training for its caregivers covers everything from basic care to specific care, such as cognitive deficits, behavioral conditions, intervention techniques, safety protocols, medication administration, etc.
Its kitchen department is headed by a culinary executive and its dining team—line cooks, prep support, servers and dishwashers. The culinary team prepares three delicious and healthy meals a day along with snacks that are sourced and delivered multiple times per week by a local food distributor.
