Village Caregiving is seeking dedicated, compassionate professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to Veterans and seniors, empowering them to maintain their independence, comfort, and dignity at home. Full time, part time and PRN available for all shifts. Bonus opportunities also available!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide essential assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, grooming, and hygiene.

• Support clients with safe ambulation, mobility, and recommended physical therapy exercises.

• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping and nutritious meal preparation.

• Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with necessary errands, such as grocery shopping.

• Monitor and document client conditions, promptly reporting any changes or incidents to healthcare staff and family members.

• Respond quickly, calmly, and responsibly in emergency situations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, though we welcome passionate individuals eager to learn.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated respectful and compassionate bedside manner.

• Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to work reliably with minimal direct supervision.

• Willingness to strictly adhere to all health, safety, and dietary standards.

• Physical endurance necessary to safely perform the essential duties of the role.
