Caregiver Wanted – Aliso Viejo, CA
Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? Join our team and provide meaningful one on one care to seniors in Aliso Viejo and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Help with IADLs: meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and transportation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and report changes in client condition
What We’re Looking For
- Professional or personal caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Able to work independently and follow care plans
Pay & Benefits
- $18–$22 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit
- 5 sick days + holiday pay

Caregiver Requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus, but not required
- Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
- Push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and documentation skills (written and in-app)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
