About the Role:ComForCare Home Health Care - Clarksville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our growing team in Clarksville, TN. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
