Job Description
Century Ridge is seeking awesome caregivers to join our team! Part Time positions available on AM and PM shift.
- Dependable & Caring
- CBRF Certifications and/or CNA a Plus!
- We will provide training to applicants new to the field
Caregivers are responsible to:
- Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident
- Respond to resident needs in a timely manner
- Participate in mealtime and light housekeeping activities
- Monitor residents for changes in condition
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely
- Build positive relationships with co-workers
- Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
- Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease
