NOW HIRING! – Join our exciting new team here in Colorado Springs, CO.  We are looking for caring, compassionate people who want to make a difference in people's lives.  The ideal candidate will provide professional caregiving services to help clients maintain their independence and to assist them with household and family support services.   We offer continuous training, flexible hours, competitive pay and opportunities close to your home.  We are looking to fill this position immediately with an expected start date of July 27, 2026 and orientation beginning the week of July 20, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Personal Care
• Duties include, but not limited to:
  - Bathing
  - Mobility
  - Transferring & Positioning
  - Incontinence Care
  - Medication Reminders
  - Oral Hygiene
  - Feeding
  - Toileting
• Companionship
• Duties include, but not limited to:
  - Conversation & Companionship
  - Some Meal Preparation
  - Light Housekeeping
  - Errand Services
  - Grocery Shopping
  - Incidental Transportation
  - Laundry & Linen Washing
  - Clothes Shopping
  - Recreational Activities
  - Grooming & Dressing Guidance
  - Organize Incoming Mail
• Any other task as delegated by family or staffing

Qualifications:

• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to read, write and speak English at an average adult level
• Ability to drive or use public transportation to get to work
• Valid driver’s license with no serious driving violations
• Ability to successfully complete Companion Care and/or Personal Care Services training and skill assessment test.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid social security number
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
• Must have flexibility with schedule and be able to work various shifts and days
• High School diploma or GED.
• Legal Identification and proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to use clock in/out & care documentation system used by agency successfully through caregiver mobile app using a working SMART phone.

Preferred:

• At least one-year professional caregiving experience, not required. 
• Ability to transport client in a vehicle safely.
