Your Role as a Care Hero As a caregiver with Endeavor, you provide compassionate support that helps clients keep their dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans
• Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration
• Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests

What We're Looking For Minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Required qualifications:

• CPR and First Aid certification
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
• Clean background check
