Care Coordinator - Part Time

Our Chiropractic/Rehabilitation/Orthopedic team is looking for an upbeat Front Desk Coordinator. 15-30 hours a week! Hours will be Monday-Friday with some Saturday coverage possible.

We are looking for a HIGHLY motivated, outgoing, dedicated personality to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of an extraordinarily committed and caring staff. • Should be a quick learner, able to MULTI-TASK, and work well with others on the team.
• We are a very fast paced office
• Pays attention to detail and can follow instructions
• Customer Service/Patient Relations skills must be exceptional
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent with phone and in person communication
• Service-oriented attitude
• Office Experience, preferred but not required

• New Patient Intake
• Answering Phones
• Check-in/out Patients
• Maintaining an Orderly Work Area
• Basic Clerical Duties
• Helping to keep the office clean
• Insurance basic knowledge is bonus but not required.

Wage: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
