Your Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance benefits with speed and accuracy, and clearly communicate coverage to patients and the team.
- Ensure all new patient paperwork is complete and that insurance visit limits are accurately recorded in our system.
- Conduct routine audits of patient documentation and records.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming environment at the front desk and provide top-tier customer service.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments, billing, and care plans.
- Collaborate with clinicians, billing, and coordination teams during meetings to share updates and ideas.
- Track key performance metrics such as evaluations, visits, and payment collection through reports and clinic stats.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience working in a medical, physical therapy, or wellness office setting.
- Strong knowledge of insurance and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working with electronic medical records and patient management systems.
- A proactive mindset and an ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
