 As a Car Sales Representative at Honda World, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the car-buying process with expertise and care. You’ll have the opportunity to connect customers with the perfect Honda vehicle to meet their needs, while delivering top-notch service that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales experience with a proven track record.

Car Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing Honda vehicles

Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles

Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits

Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service

Stay informed about the latest Honda models, features, and promotions

Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership

Qualifications: Car Sales Representative Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
