We are looking to hire a determined and dedicated individual to join our Car Deal Accounting Team.

Job Description:

Breaking down and finalizing all cash and finance deals for all dealerships.
Scanning documents into digital deal jackets.
Double checking car deals for accuracy.
Sending out bank contracts to finance institutions.
Process and post rebates
Process sales commissions and send to payroll weekly
Communicate closely with and assist associates at our stores.
Data entry and updating spreadsheets.
Other duties as assigned from Management.
Review and maintain accounting schedules related to vehicle sales

Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
Car Deals experience is preferred but not required.
