Campaign Operations Specialist

The Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for executing campaigns and supporting marketing programs within established frameworks. Applies working knowledge of systems and processes to deliver reliable results. Begins identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement. 

What You'll Do: 

• Executes campaigns end-to-end (build, QA, launch) 

• Creates basic automation (email nurtures, triggers) 

• Troubleshoots common system or campaign issues 

• Suggests small improvements to workflows 

• Understands campaign goals and KPIs, aligns work to team-level objectives (Demand Gen, Events, etc.) 

• Builds and modifies reports/dashboards 

• Identifies straightforward data issues and resolves them 

What You'll Bring: 

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams 

• Working knowledge of MAP/CRM functionality 

• Campaign structures, segmentation, and automation basics 

• Understanding of team KPIs and campaign goals 

• Work independently within established frameworks 

• Prioritize multiple projects effectively 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience  

• A passion for data, metrics and reporting with experience using attribution reporting tools (RCE preferred) 

• 1-3 years of marketing operations experience 

• Strong experience with email marketing in a B2B environment, with emphasis on deliverability

• Adobe Marketo Engage Digital Marketer Professional, Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner Professional (or equivalent)
