Account Director
EST hours. Reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.

The role
You own a portfolio of client accounts and the team that delivers them. On the client side you are the senior point of contact, accountable for net revenue retention: renewals, expansion, and revenue at risk. On the delivery side you lead a team of Campaign Managers and own what they produce: quality, timelines, margin, and the standards they work to.

What you own

• Net revenue retention across your portfolio: renewals, expansion, revenue at risk.

• The senior client relationship, from day-to-day marketing contacts up to budget holders.

• Campaign delivery across the portfolio: on time, in scope, against KPIs.

• The performance, standards and development of your Campaign Manager team.

• Gross profit margin and cost management on your accounts.

Owning the client

• Map stakeholders across functions and regions.

• Own all communications.

• Set account strategy: the roadmap, the expansion case, the renewal plan.

• Own commercial terms, scope and budget.

• Own executive reporting, QBRs and EBRs.

• Manage account risk.

Leading the team

• Set the production standard: casting, negotiation, brief workflow, escalation.

• Track Campaign Manager performance against clear, measurable expectations. Coach, give regular feedback, own progression.

• Plan resourcing and workload.

• Own the numbers behind delivery: budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, GPM, throughput per head.

• Set influencer strategy: casting direction, negotiation and rates, re-engagement of high performers.

• Act as senior escalation on complex campaign and influencer issues.

Reporting and working across Kyra

• Lead post-campaign analysis, internal post-mortems and PCA decks.

• Work with Sales, Legal, Product and Strategy to keep priorities aligned, and represent campaign delivery at a senior level internally.

• Feed client needs, pain points and feature requests back to Product.

What success looks like

• Your accounts renew, several grow, and NRR trends upward.

• Delivery holds without constant escalation.

• Margin holds as volume rises.

• Your Campaign Managers get faster and more independent.

• Recurring problems get fixed at the cause, not re-managed every quarter.

What we are looking for
Senior ownership of $500,000+ accounts, with multiple stakeholders and workstreams. You have held the number on those relationships, and you can name accounts you grew and say how.

Hands-on influencer campaign experience. At least 7 years in influencer marketing, covering casting and production. Strong platform fluency.

A track record leading teams. You have managed and developed a team, and you can show what happened to their performance and retention under you.

We also want commercial sharpness (agency economics, margin, resourcing), operational strength so you build systems not workarounds, real use of AI in your own work, clear communication at every level, and high standards with low ego.

The role is EST based and works with a team spread across three continents.
