General Responsibilities
Punctuality and Dependability: Show up on time and be reliable for all assigned/confirmed shifts.
Patient Accountability: Take full responsibility for each assigned patient under the supervision of the supervising RN.
Medication Knowledge: Stay informed about all medications, reactions, and dosage requirements for your patient.
Communication: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with staff, patients, and families.
Continuous Learning: Engage in educational tools and in-services to expand your knowledge of diseases, age-specific care, and best practices.
Direct Patient Care: Provide thorough, compassionate care and report any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising care team to ensure comfort and safety.
Collaborative Care: Assist physicians and healthcare professionals in caring for the patient, providing detailed reports at the end of each shift to the oncoming nurse.
Other Duties as Assigned: Support the care team with additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Up to Date Physical
BLS CPR Card
Full Nursing License
QuantiFERON or PPD
