Call Center Representative - Medical

As a Patient Communications Team Member (PCT), you will often be the first team member to interact with our patients. You have the primary position, in our Perfect Patient Journey model, which will determine the patient’s experience with our practice.

Patient Communication Team Members are the liaison between our practice and its established and new patients. Computer experience and data entry accuracy are essential. The ideal candidate must be attentive and have the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule patients appointments
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling various patient needs.
Identify patients’ needs, clarify information, and troubleshoot patient inquiries.
Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by being patient and thorough.
Maintain records of all conversations in Call Center Database in an understandable manner.
This job requires on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
