Empire Connect Agency is seeking professional, detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representatives to help support customers of various clients! In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, assisting with account inquiries, product support, billing questions, and general customer needs. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to work from the comfort of your home.

Requirements
Requirements

Minimum of 6 months remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office (brick-and-mortar) call center experience

Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong soft skills, including active listening, patience, and professionalism

Ability to deliver excellent customer service, effectively addressing customer questions and concerns

Quiet, dedicated home office environment suitable for handling customer interactions

Ability to pass a background check

Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor

Client service hours vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the specific client program you select. Agents have the flexibility to select service intervals that align with their availability and the needs of the supported client.

Contractors must be dependable and committed to their selected hours
