Call Center Coordinator

Job Details: Job Location: Beverly Hills - Los Angeles, CA, Position Type: Full-Time, Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00Hourly, Reproductive Partners Medical Group is looking for a full-time Call Center Coordinator to join our growing team at our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location. This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of infertility care and be a part of an extraordinary and committed staff.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Address patient inquiries and resolve issues
Resolve incoming calls to the best of your ability before creating a task
Assist patients and attempt to answer questions, schedule appointments if needed, etc.
Assist patients navigate EMR system
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Work well under pressure and stressful situations; exhibit emotional control
Ability to display a strong sense of urgency
