Job Summary: 

Are you a detail-oriented "maker" who enjoys working with high-tech machinery? We are looking for a Cabling Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you aren’t just running a machine; you are the craftsman responsible for the structural integrity of the cables that power our world. If you value precision, safety, and high-quality work, we want to hear from you. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

Assemble: Twist and cable primary conductors together using specialized industrial equipment. 

Verify: Act as your own "Quality Inspector" by measuring diameters and gauges with calipers. 

Document: Keep perfect records of your work to ensure every reel meets our high standards. 

Lead: Maintain your workspace and ensure products are wrapped and ready for the next stage of production. 

Safety: Follow proper safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and the use of PPE. 

Required Qualifications:  

Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex work instructions and job travelers. 

Mathematical Aptitude: Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like calipers and cutters. 

Communication: Strong oral communication skills with a focus on active listening and seeking clarification. 

Professionalism: A consistent track record of punctuality, accountability, and meeting productivity standards. 

Adaptability: The ability to multi-task and pivot between different product setups as production needs change. 

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.  Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Starting Pay: $22 per hour

Shift Opportunities: 

First Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Mon-Fri
Third Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am, Sun - Fri
