Clothes Mentor, a leading retailer of pre-owned women's fashion and accessories, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Buyer/Sales Associate & Keyholder to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITY:

To help promote all aspects of the business: buying, selling, pricing, and merchandising. Promote a high level of customer service ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. Assist store management in daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Achieve personal and store sales goals by applying sound customer service and sales protocol. Monitor and assist in the completion of daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Price and ticket items, restock store following merchandising plan.
- Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, identify their needs and provide recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and fashion styles to provide personalized advice and guidance to customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory management and loss prevention practices

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of consignment or resale experience
- Familiarity with fashion trends and a passion for women's fashion and accessories
- Comfortable working with a point-of-sale system and handling cash and credit card transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends a MUST
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
-Able to bend, lift, reach and move up to 20lbs
-Stand for up to 6 hours
