Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden - Dallas, TX, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: High School Diploma/GED, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Any, Bussers support the front-of-house team by keeping tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized. They assist with clearing and resetting tables, running food when needed, and ensuring guests have a smooth, enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities 

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.
Assist servers by running food, refilling water, and responding to guest needs as directed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house support areas.
Restock utensils, glassware, and supplies to ensure smooth service flow.
Support the team during busy service periods with effective communication and teamwork.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to uphold restaurant standards.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Performs other related duties. Qualifications: Qualifications 

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Work Environment    

The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, particularly during peak service hours, with moderate noise from conversations, music, and kitchen activity. This position will be in and out of the kitchen area. 

Uniform Requirements   

Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines.  

Non-slip shoes are necessary.  

Physical Demands:   

Prolonged periods of moving through the restaurant 
Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items    
Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.   
Must be able to lift up-to 40 pounds at times.
