As a Busser you will be supporting the TiAmo Restaurant.

Job Requirements:

Provide supplies to all servers.
Polish and stock equipment for operations (silverware, linens & glassware).
Set up, clear and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
Set up the tables with tabletop equipment per design.
Ensures that the guest tables are cleaned to our standards in a timely fashion.
Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served.
The ability to assist servers as requested.
Performs all opening and closing side duties. 
Have complete knowledge of all food and beverages items on the menu.
Communicate proper flow with the kitchen staff.
Maintain the overall cleanliness of assigned stations. 
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors.
Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:

18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.
Previous bussing experience is a plus but will train.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

The ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment.
The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management. 
Must present a well-groomed appearance. 
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime. 
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
