Summary:  

Performs any combination of following duties to facilitate food service as directed by Dining Room Manager serving Members in a Fine Dining establishment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen. 
• Wipes tabletops and chairs, using damp cloth. 
• Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware. 
• Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room. 
• Supplies service bar with food, such as soups, salads, and desserts. 
• Serves ice water and butter to patrons. 
• Makes coffee and refills iced tea juice dispensers. 
• May sweep, mop or vacuum floors. 
• May run errands and deliver food orders to offices and be designated Runner
• Assists servers with member requests for food service
• Sets up tables and floor plans as designated by the dining room manager or captain
• Sets up the dance floor and portable equipment used in functions
• Serves food and beverages as designated by the captain or dining room manager
• Carries and lifts trays up to and including 50 lbs with equipment
• Uses carts and other equipment to transport chafing dishes and other utensils for service
• Folds napkins and tablecloths as required 

Physical Demands and Work Environment

•           Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel,

             crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.

•           Push, pull or lift up to 70 pounds.

•           Continuous repetitive motions.

•           Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
