Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree, with three years of relevant experience counted for each year of college education not completed.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in collision center operations, with demonstrated knowledge of modern shop workflows, estimating, repair planning, KPI management, financial performance drivers, customer business priorities, and emerging technologies in the collision repair industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales consulting, customer consulting, operations, or a related field-based commercial role within the automotive refinish, coatings, or collision repair industry.
  • Proven public-speaking and classroom-facilitation experience, with the ability to confidently deliver full-day classes, workshops, webinars, and executive-level presentations to both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to independently research, develop, update, and deliver training programs that reflect current collision-repair practices, emerging industry trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Experience supporting sales growth, customer retention, customer value delivery, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements, program priorities, travel commitments, and timelines.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage customers, field teams, large audiences, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial information, identify performance gaps, and translate findings into practical recommendations and action plans.
