Business Process Analyst 3

We are seeking an independent, process-oriented Business Process Analyst III to serve as a strategic problem solver and cross-functional project leader. This role operates across business areas acting as a trusted extension of the leadership team to bring structure, momentum, and alignment to complex initiatives.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, translating business objectives into practical plans, and rallying stakeholders across Sales Operations, Go-to-Market, and other teams. 
This is a remote, non-federal role. Health industry experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with leadership and business stakeholders to drive strategic projects from problem definition through delivery.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders, managing dependencies, help resolve blockers, and ensure work is completed on time.
• Analyze business processes and functional requirements to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business objectives into clear process specifications, product requirements, project plans, and actionable recommendations.
• Support delivery of product specification documents and/or process specifications that meet defined business requirements.
• Facilitate working sessions with subject-matter experts and business partners; drive decisions and escalate issues when needed.
• Advise business teams on prioritization, resource allocation, project risks, and team-delivery challenges.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, project updates, proposals, and recommendations.
• Use advanced Excel skills—including pivot tables and data analysis—to organize information, identify insights, and support decisions.
• Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools, such as ChatGPT and Codex, to improve research, analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business specifications, stakeholder expectations, and operating policies.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong process analysis, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and move complex work forward with limited direction.
• Experience leading projects across multiple business functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, data organization, and analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create concise, compelling presentations for business and leadership audiences.
• Comfort using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT and Codex; technical curiosity is important, but coding experience is not required.
• Ability to understand business objectives and turn them into practical processes, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Experience in healthcare or a related industry is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, business operations, consulting, strategy, program management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Go-to-Market, Sales Operations, customer data, or other cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
• Experience creating business requirements, process maps, functional specifications, or product specification documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Qualifications

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.
