Business Operations Intern - Summer 2027

TR Miller is seeking motivated college students to join our 8-week Summer 2027 Business Operations Internship Program. This internship is designed to give students meaningful, real-world experience while developing professional skills and learning how different areas of a growing company work together.
 

Interns will be placed in a home department based on their interests and business needs, with opportunities in Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Finance, and Customer Service. Throughout the summer, interns will gain hands-on experience within their department while also learning from other areas of the company. 

Summer 2027 Internship Details

• Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hourly
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM 
• Program Length: 8 weeks 
• Internship Areas: Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Finance, and Customer Service

What We're Looking For 

You don’t need years of professional experience - that’s what internships are for. We’re looking for students who are curious, motivated, and ready to learn! 

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program  
• Interested in gaining hands-on business experience  
• Strong communication and people skills  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn  
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities  
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team  
• Open to feedback, coaching, and learning from a mentor  
• Interested in Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Finance, and/or Customer Service  
• Able to demonstrate TR Miller’s H.E.A.R.T. values: Hardworking, Energetic, Authentic, Respectful, and Team-Oriented  
• Available for the full 8-week Summer 2027 Internship Program  
• Comfortable working at a desk and using computers, phones, and other everyday office technology throughout the day  
• All interns must successfully complete a pre-employment background check before their start date
