Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Business Operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Execute on implemented Sales Operations processes 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and process improvements 

Monitor CRM data for multiple Business Development partners 

Contribute to the development and enhancement of forecasting and orders review process 

Assist in resolving sales operations issues and inquiries. 

Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CRM data 

Assist in responding to all RFQs and send quotes directly to customers as needed 

Develop and maintain Sales Orders in SAP 

Assist in the processing of reseller agreements, NDAs, and compliance forms 

Other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications 

Associate degree with relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is a plus. 

2+ years of experience in a similar role, executing on tactical tasks daily 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

Proven expertise in Excel with ability to analyze and manipulate data 

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency 

Some travel required (up to 10%) 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions 

Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time. 

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis. 

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy. 

May be required to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch during inspections, maintenance walk-throughs, or emergency response situations. 

Regular exposure to facility operations including noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment. 

Occasional off-hours or weekend work required for emergency facility responses or projects as needed 

Requires frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment for documentation, communication, and coordination tasks.
