Upsender is looking for an experienced consultative salesperson to join the Orlando team and sell software and managed growth services to established businesses.
Our work focuses on helping DTC, e-commerce, health, wellness, and online brands improve customer engagement, strengthen retention, reactivate inactive audiences, optimize automated journeys, and create more revenue from audiences they have already built.
Upsender supports more than 30 brands and processes more than 44 million customer messages per month. The leadership team brings decades of combined experience across customer engagement, copywriting, infrastructure, automation, retention, and revenue optimization.
This role is best suited to someone who can run a thoughtful business conversation, uncover where performance is being lost, connect those problems to the right solution, and guide qualified prospects toward a clear buying decision.
What You Will Sell

Your Role in the Sales Process
You will conduct remote sales conversations with qualified business owners and marketing leaders. Your job is to understand the prospect's current operation, products, audience, systems, sending patterns, and revenue goals before recommending a solution.
You will:
• Ask strong discovery and diagnostic questions
• Identify problems involving engagement, segmentation, automation, infrastructure, retention, or monetization
• Determine whether the platform, managed service, or a customized engagement is the right fit
• Explain Upsender's value clearly and without unnecessary pressure
• Present service options and pricing with confidence
• Handle objections and questions professionally
• Ask for the sale when the solution genuinely fits
• Follow up with qualified opportunities that need more time
• Keep accurate notes and pipeline records
• Share feedback that helps improve the sales process
• Submit call recordings for coaching and review
Experience We Are Looking For
Candidates should have:
• A documented history of closing at least seven figures in total sales
• Experience selling B2B services, software, marketing, consulting, business-development solutions, or another high-value offer
• Experience conducting remote sales calls by Zoom or phone
• Strong discovery and diagnostic questioning ability
• The ability to sell customized solutions rather than relying on one rigid package
• Professional objection-handling and follow-up skills
• Strong personal accountability
• Comfort in a performance-driven sales environment
• The ability to review recorded calls and quickly apply coaching
