Help Businesses Turn Existing Customer Audiences Into More Revenue
Upsender is expanding its sales operation and is looking for an experienced consultative salesperson to join our Dallas-focused remote team.
We provide software and hands-on managed services designed to help established DTC, e-commerce, health, wellness, and online brands strengthen customer engagement, improve automation, reactivate dormant audiences, and generate more revenue from customers and prospects they have already acquired.
This is a diagnostic sales role. The right person can quickly understand how a business currently operates, uncover gaps affecting engagement or revenue performance, and guide decision-makers toward the Upsender solution that best fits their needs.
The Role
You will lead remote sales conversations with qualified business owners and marketing leaders. Rather than forcing every prospect into the same package, you will ask strong discovery questions, understand the company's products and current customer-growth systems, identify areas where performance is being lost, and determine whether Upsender's software, managed services, or a customized engagement makes sense.
You will explain service options and pricing clearly, handle questions and objections professionally, ask for the business when there is a genuine fit, and continue following up with qualified opportunities that need additional time to decide.
You will also maintain accurate pipeline notes, provide feedback that can improve the sales process, submit recordings of sales calls for review, and apply coaching from those reviews.
What We're Looking For
A documented history of closing at least seven figures in total sales
Experience selling B2B services, software, marketing solutions, consulting, business-development offerings, or another high-value solution
Experience conducting remote sales conversations by Zoom or phone
Strong discovery and diagnostic questioning skills
Ability to recommend customized solutions rather than relying on one rigid package
Professional objection-handling and follow-up skills
Strong personal accountability
Comfort operating in a performance-driven sales environment
Ability to review recorded calls, accept coaching, and implement feedback quickly
