Job description

Flip is entering the US market, and you will be one of the first commercial hires on the ground. There is no playbook to inherit here. You will build the outbound motion for a category-defining product alongside our first US Account Executive and with direct access to our founders.

This is not a seat in a 30-person SDR pod where you run someone else's sequences. It is the chance to define how Flip wins in the US, from messaging to target list to process, and to grow into an AE seat as the team scales.

What you can expect

• Strategic Prospecting: You identify tomorrow’s "big players" and spark genuine interest in Flip through creative and highly personalized approaches.

• Relationship Management: You don’t just qualify leads; you build trust and develop potential customers into high-quality opportunities within the sales funnel.

• Pipeline Ownership: You manage your own customer pipeline and lead confident discovery calls, communicating the value of our app with precision.

• AE Tandem: You work closely with your Account Executive. Together, you act as a strategic team, preparing product demos and supporting the entire sales cycle.

• Impact on Product: As a bridge to the market, you gather valuable insights and collaborate directly with our Product Owners to continuously improve Flip.

• Presence: Together with your team, you represent Flip at trade fairs and industry events, becoming the face of our mission.

What you bring to the table

• Sales Expertise: You have at least one year of solid experience in B2B software or technology sales. You truly thrive in a dynamic, KPI-driven environment.

• Enterprise Experience: You have a proven track record of navigating the landscape of large accounts (1000-5000+ employees) and know how to penetrate complex decision-making structures.

• Methodology & Tools: You are a pro at personalized multichannel outreach and use CRM and networking tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator with ease to drive your success.

• Hunter Spirit with a Consultant’s Mindset: You have the necessary drive and persistence for outbound sales, but you never lose sight of a consultative approach to engage prospects as a peer.

• Passion & Communication: You are passionate about innovative products and can convince others with your infectious energy, both verbally and in writing in English.
