Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville is growing our Business Development Team and looking for an outgoing, self-motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, setting goals, and creating results.

As a Business Development Agent you'll play an important role in creating exceptional customer experiences and helping our sales team connect with customers who are ready to find their next vehicle.

Your Schedule

5 workdays per week
Some Saturdays
Alternating shifts:

Early: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Late: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

Has the ability to influence and motivate both customers and team members
Takes ownership of their performance and looks for ways to improve
Enjoys being part of a team while still being driven to achieve individual goals
BA/BS degree preferred, but not required

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the center of our customer engagement efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

Helping customers explore vehicle options online and over the phone
Responding promptly and professionally to customer calls, emails, and texts
Setting, confirming, and rescheduling appointments for our Product Specialists
Identifying opportunities to increase appointments and sales through proactive outreach
Supporting the Internet Sales team with follow-up processes
Building genuine customer relationships that lead to long-term loyalty and retention
Representing the Jeff Wyler Nissan brand with professional, knowledgeable, and engaging communication
Working closely with multiple departments to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience
Following proven processes while continuously looking for ways to improve results
