Business Development Representative

About the role

We're looking for a hungry early-career salesperson to join our US Growth team as a Business Development Representative. This is a hybrid new-business and account management role: you'll prospect and close new relationships with independent med spas and aesthetic practices, then stay on as the ongoing point of contact, managing and growing those accounts over time.

You'll be joining at a pivotal time, learning the full sales cycle from the ground up — from first outreach through closing and long-term account management — with the support to grow into a senior sales role as you build your track record.

What you'll do

• Lead Outbound Growth: Build and manage your own pipeline, with a focus on independent med spas and aesthetic practices across your territory.
• Drive New Business: Prospect relentlessly through cold calls and cold email to generate new conversations and qualified opportunities.
• Sell the Whole Picture: Communicate the full value of Fresh, from pricing and programs to compliance, support, and growth.
• Own the Relationship Long-Term: Serve as the ongoing point of contact for the accounts you close, managing the relationship and driving growth and retention over time.
• Learn a Strong Sales Process: Shadow senior team members on discovery, objection handling, and closing, and grow into running these stages yourself.
• Use Data to Improve: Stay accountable through HubSpot, keeping your pipeline and account activity visible, measurable, and consistently optimized.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with marketing, clinical, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience for new and existing clinics.

We'd love you to have

• Sales Experience: 2+ years in outbound sales, business development, account management, or a similar role, ideally at a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Drive and Discipline: You're comfortable with outreach at scale and bring structure to both your sales process and ongoing account management.
• People-Centered Sales Skills: You know how to build trust, ask the right questions, and navigate conversations with empathy and confidence — whether you're winning new business or nurturing an existing account.
• CRM Know-How: You use tools like HubSpot to stay on top of your pipeline and accounts, keeping things moving.
• Resilience: You stay focused and optimistic in a fast-moving environment where results matter.
• A Learning Mindset: You're eager to grow, open to feedback, and looking to progress into senior sales roles in time.
• Central Time Zone-Based, With Flexibility: You'll primarily work Central time zone hours, with flexibility to shift into Eastern and Pacific time zones as needed to support clients and prospects nationally.
