Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing sales team.
In this role, you will be the tip of the spear for our outbound sales efforts, identifying prospects, conducting high-volume outreach, and generating qualified opportunities for our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume daily outreach (calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging) to generate interest and secure qualified discovery meetings.
Cold Calling: Confidently make cold calls to key decision-makers (IT directors, enterprise leaders, and technical stakeholders), effectively communicating our SaaS value proposition.
Pipeline Generation: Target key enterprise accounts and map out organizational structures to identify key buyers and influencers.
Lead Qualification: Qualify incoming or self-prospected leads based on business needs.
CRM & Activity Tracking: Maintain precise records of all outreach activities, notes, and account research in HubSpot.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or outbound business development.
Activity Volume: Proven track record of handling high-volume outbound activity metrics .
Cold Calling Mastery: Exceptional phone presence with demonstrated success navigating gatekeepers, handling objections, and booking meetings.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical decision-makers.
Location: Must be based in the United States
Nice-to-Haves:
Industry Experience: Prior experience in or familiarity with Data Center technology, cloud infrastructure, Network or Facility management tools.
Sales Tech Stack: Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft 365
