Griswold Home Care is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our presence and grow referral partnerships in the communities we serve. What You'll Do

Business Development & Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with: 
• Hospitals
• Rehabilitation centers
• Skilled nursing facilities
• Assisted living and independent living communities
• Physicians and Geriatric Care Providers
• Case managers
• Discharge planners
• Social workers
• Senior resource organizations
• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the territory
• Build strategic partnerships that increase awareness of Griswold Home Care services
• Represent the company at networking events, community functions, health fairs, and industry meetings

Sales & Territory Growth

• Execute a territory growth strategy to increase referrals and client inquiries
• Conduct outside sales visits and in-person presentations
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through referral generation
• Track outreach activities, relationship development, and results using company systems
• Meet and exceed growth objectives and performance goals

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Promote Griswold Home Care services throughout the community
• Deliver educational presentations to healthcare professionals and community groups
• Support local marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Identify opportunities to strengthen market presence and community engagement

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: 
• Business Development
• B2B Sales
• Healthcare Sales
• Outside Sales
• Account Management
• Community Outreach
• Relationship Management
• Senior Services
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Must work as a W-2 part-time employee
• Should pass background check per NC personal care services requirements

Preferred Backgrounds

Experience in any of the following industries is highly valued:

• Home Care
• Home Health
• Hospice
• Senior Living
• Medical Sales
• Pharmaceutical Sales
• Community Relations

However, we welcome motivated professionals from other sales and business development backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.

Competitive Compensation

• Base salary - 

Pay: $18.00 per hour [paid weekly] and 1.5% bonus compensation based on the revenue generated for 8 weeks [for e.g. dollar revenue/hour (to the facility) x 84 hrs./wk. x 8 wks. x 1.5%].
