The Role:
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate Heaven Media’s growth across the north America region.

This is a proactive business development role with direct responsibility for generating new commercial opportunities, building pipeline momentum & converting new business across gaming, technology & entertainment sectors.

The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building capability with a genuine hunter mentality, identifying opportunities, opening doors, managing commercial conversations and driving opportunities through to close.

Alongside regional revenue generation, the role will also help position Heaven Media within key North America ecosystems & develop relationships with regional offices that can influence & unlock opportunities with global & western headquarters.

This role requires somebody who understands:

You will work closely with leadership, strategy, creative, marketing & account teams to shape opportunities from initial outreach through to proposal, negotiation & onboarding.
Essential

• Proven business development, partnerships or agency growth experience.
• Strong existing network within north America gaming, tech or entertainment sectors.
• Demonstrable track record of generating new business & commercial growth.
• Experience selling strategic services, partnerships or marketing solutions.
• Strong commercial negotiation & relationship management capability.
• Experience managing complex or long-cycle B2B opportunities.
• Confident presenter & communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating across international teams.
• Fluent English.
• Existing relationships with regional north America offices of global companies.
• Experience across gaming hardware, publishers, platforms or entertainment brands.

Desirable 
Agency or integrated marketing experience.
Multi-market north America commercial experience.
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Experience coordinating proposals, pitches or multi-team commercial projects.
Commercial Growth & Pipeline Generation

• Drive new business growth across North America markets.
• Generate consistent outbound commercial activity across target markets.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Own the full commercial lifecycle from outreach through to close.
• Deliver against agreed revenue, margin & conversion targets.
• Proactively identify and pursue strategic opportunities across gaming, technology, entertainment & adjacent sectors.
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline & opportunity progression across all active conversations.

Strategic Relationship Development

• Build long-term relationships with publishers, platforms, hardware manufacturers, developers, agencies & regional stakeholders.
• Represent Heaven Media at industry events, conferences & networking opportunities across North America.
• Establish Heaven Media as a trusted strategic partner within regional ecosystems.
• Leverage regional relationships to create introductions & opportunities with global headquarters & international teams.

Consultancy & Solution Selling

• Conduct meaningful discovery conversations to understand client objectives, challenges & commercial priorities.
• Shape strategic marketing solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Clearly communicate Heaven Media’s capabilities, value proposition & differentiators.
• Support proposal creation, pitch development & commercial negotiations.

Internal Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with strategy, creative, influencer, events, paid media & account teams.
• Ensure smooth handovers from prospecting into onboarding & delivery.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline & pipeline visibility.
• Contribute market intelligence & regional insight back into the wider business.
• Provide adaptable support across the team, stepping in as needed to maintain continuity and excellence.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity & emerging opportunities.
• Provide strategic feedback on regional positioning, service opportunities & client demand.
• Help deliver Heaven Media’s long-term North America commercial growth strategy.
