Location: Remote New Jersey/Pennsylvania
Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings: $130,000–$160,000+
Territory: Southern New Jersey
Travel: Approximately 75%

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
• Acquire new veterinary partnerships while growing existing customer relationships.
• Become a trusted advisor to veterinary professionals.
• Build and manage a healthy CRM sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed sales, revenue and activity objectives.
• Represent Gateway throughout the veterinary community.

Your First Year at Gateway

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Become a trusted business partner.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives.
• Expand Gateway's market share.
• Build long-term customer relationships.

Is This You?

• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales/business development.
• Proven success acquiring new business and growing accounts.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 75%.

• Field-based role with approximately 75% travel.
