Business Development Lead(robotics/automotive), APAC

We are looking for a business development leader to grow Tenstorrent’s presence across APAC. In this role, you will build strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and use your technical depth to connect customer needs with the value of our Compute and AI solutions.

This role is remote, based out of APAC.

Who You Are

• You bring a strong mix of commercial instinct and technical credibility, and you are comfortable engaging with both engineers and business decision-makers.
• You have a deep understanding of Compute and AI technologies and can clearly articulate their value, use cases, and business impact.
• You may come from a technical engineering background or have built your career in IP, RISC-V, AI, or hardware sales within the broader AI ecosystem.
• You are a persuasive communicator and relationship builder with strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing complex deals.
• You work well independently, thrive in fast-moving environments, and collaborate effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• You have direct robotics/automotive experience so that you can reach potential client to do business development

What We Need

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities across the APAC region.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional business strategies that support growth, market expansion, and customer success.
• Understand customer technical requirements and effectively communicate the value of Tenstorrent’s Compute and AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical insight, strategic recommendations, and a high level of commercial partnership.
• Stay current on industry trends in Compute, AI, RISC-V, and adjacent technologies, while driving toward and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
