The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing facility census, coordinating admissions activities, and serving as a key ambassador for Park Vista within the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners.
Drive occupancy growth through strategic marketing and business development efforts.
Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to facilitate smooth resident transitions.
Represent Park Vista at community events, networking functions, and healthcare meetings.
Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
Track referral activity, admissions trends, and marketing performance metrics.
Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Ensure exceptional customer service for residents, families, and referral sources.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in respiratory marketing is required.
Skills:

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
