## Job Description

The Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma (TRS) is undertaking a comprehensive, multi-year modernization initiative aimed at replacing aging legacy systems and transitioning to a unified, cloud-native environment. This effort centers on building **MyPAS 3.0**, a modern Azure-hosted pension administration system integrating seamlessly with the **MyTRS** member portal and the **MyERS** employer portal.

### Requirements

1. **Process Analysis and Documentation**
- Engage with business units to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Interface with technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
- Document processes using structured methodologies (e.g., process maps).
- Facilitate discussions for defining future state processes.

2. **Requirements Gathering and User Story Development**
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and validate requirements.

3. **Testing and Quality Assurance**
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts for user acceptance testing.
- Document defects and support resolution efforts.

4. **Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication**
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Communicate project updates and support change management activities.
