We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Agile experience to support a key transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer communications. This role will play a critical part in transitioning business processes from paper-based letters and forms to digital (e-delivery) solutions.

The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented analyst who can elicit, document, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables while working within Agile teams. 

In this role, you will: 

• Elicit, analyze, and document as-is and to-be functional and non-functional requirements
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and clarity
• Create mockups and prototypes for letters/forms to support solution design
• Map variable fields within documents to incoming data sources and system inputs
• Develop and maintain documentation within tools such as TopTeam, Modern Requirements, or similar platforms
• Support Agile delivery by contributing to:  
  • Backlog refinement
  • Sprint planning
  • User story development
• Perform validation testing and quality checks to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
• Investigate issues, support defect remediation, and conduct research to resolve gaps 

Time Allocation

• 50% – Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• 25% – User Stories / Agile Sprint Activities
• 25% – Research, Testing Support, and Defect Remediation 

Who You Are: 

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Proven ability to write clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience with testing/validation and defect support

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with document generation, forms, or communications platforms
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., TopTeam, Modern Requirements, Jira)
• Experience mapping data fields and working with data-driven documents
• Background in process transformation or digital transformation initiatives
